Peter Charles McLaughlin, 81, passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 7, 2021. Born in Maine, he had a long career in civil service as a master plumber at Langley Air Force Base.  Peter joined the U.S. Navy in 1957 and transferred to the U.S. Air Force Reserves, serving over 20 years.  He retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserves as a CMSgt. 

Peter was predeceased by his daughter, Donna.  He is survived by and sadly missed his by wife, Eleonore; his daughter, Denise; his granddaughter, Donna Kersten; his 4 sisters and his nephew, George. He will be remembered as a loving father and the best husband.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at Albert G Horton, Jr Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, VA. In memory of Peter, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.  Arrangements by Weymouth Funeral Home.
